I'm deleting LOTS of old stuff from the old forum and ran into this recipe. I need to list more recipes soon. This is a good one.
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup pineapple juice concentrate(frozen)
3/4 cup blueberries
3/4 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
3/4 cup blackberries
3/4 cup canned crush pineapple
1 cup water or juice
Well, those are the measurements my wife supposedly uses. I often just grab handfuls of the berries and toss them in the blender and start blending. Depending on how many people you're making it for, you might not want to make quite this much.
We use frozen berries for this for several reasons
1. They're already frozen so they keep well
2. You get more for your money
and we make sure they're just berries with nothing else added.
Then all you need is some glasses and straws...
Our recipe can vary from day to day sometimes. Just whatever frozen berries we happen to have on hand. Doesn't have to be perfect to be REALLY yummy.
